Burg GardenIn July 2005, at the suggestion of residential tutors, Daniel Emlyn-Jones and Scott Collis, a small herb and vegetable garden was created by the Facilities Staff at the back of the postgraduate village. There are 16 plots (with room for expansion if the demand is high), two of which have been allocated as a "Communal Herb Garden", which is looked after by all the plot owners. We also have a compost bin for residents who like to grow their own fresh and organic vegetables, fruits or herbs. The garden is managed by residents, and patches are allocated to those who are interested on a first-in first serve basis. Some Strawberries in Burg Garden
