Deputy Principal

Cris Clucas - Bachelor of Arts, Visual Arts, ANU

Cris studied at ANU School of Art in the early 1990s and worked as a graphic designer for 10 years before moving to students support roles at ANU. At ANU, Cris started the renowned Faces of The Australian National University Facebook page (@FacesofANU), giving students and academics a platform to tell their stories, for which she won the ANU award for Best Use of Social Media.

Cris is a talented musician and was part of the inaugural interhall staff band, ‘The Fun Police’, who performed at Big Night Out in 2019. With previous experience as the Residential Life Manager at Wamburun Hall, Interim Head of John XXIII, Acting Deputy Head of Bruce Hall, and, most recently, supporting Burgmann as Wellbeing & Community Support Officer, Cris is uniquely placed to lead our community as Deputy Principal.
