The purpose of the Burgmann Alumni Mentoring program is to introduce Burgmann residents to mentors within the Burgmann alumni community, who have academic and professional experience in the resident's field of interest.
Individual residents are introduced to their mentors via email and are encouraged to contact their mentor with a view to participating in two informal meetings or skype sessions between August and November within the same year. The College will host a mentor/mentee networking evening, providing an opportunity for our alumni and residents to share stories of their professional and residential experiences - an enjoyable evening for all involved!
