It's Back-to-Burg, and you're invited!

Burgmann College Alumni Association (BCAA) is excited to invite Alumni & Friends to the 2024 Back-to-Burg Weekend!

Hosted by BCAA President Matthew Lobb, Principal Alex McKenzie and Director of Advancement Amelia Zaraftis, we look forward to seeing our cherished Alumni & Friends of Burgmann College, and hope you can make it!

PROGRAM

Saturday 7th September
3:30pm - Registration
4:00pm & 4:30pm - Tours of Burgmann College
5:00pm - Whole group photo
5:30pm - Burgmann College Alumni Association AGM
6:00pm - Pre-dinner drinks
6:30pm - Alumni Awards Dinner
9:30pm - After dinner refreshments
10:30pm - Saturday events conclude

Sunday 8th September
11.00am - Luigi's @ The Lodge
12.15pm - Ex-Ressie BBQ at The Lodge
1.30pm - Sunday events conclude

Please register your attendance as soon as possible, preferably no later than August 22, 2024. Registrations received by Sunday 11 August go in a draw for a chance to win a complementary pass for you and your guest for a Full Weekend Registration!

Concession/Under 30 Tickets Available
Concession tickets are available for our Back-to-Burg highlight event, the Alumni & Friends Dinner on 7 September, for anyone under 30 or with concession circumstances. Just select the concession option when registering via Humanitix.

Access for All
In keeping with Burgmann’s ethos of equality, we want our Back-to-Burg Weekend to be accessible to all members of our community. If your financial circumstances might prevent you from attending, please contact the Advancement Team to access a confidential fee reduction on hardship grounds. Or if you would like to make a donation to support someone who might not otherwise be able to make it, please contact the Advancement Team.

We would be grateful if you would encourage other Burgies to come along so we can make the most of this opportunity to connect, see old friends and make new ones!

We are honoured to hold this event on the lands of the Ngambri and Ngunnawal peoples and extend our respect to Elders past and present.
