Undergraduate - New Residents

Catering Type: Fully Catered - 21 meals per week
New Resident Program: Saturday 7 February - Sunday 15 February 2026 (Compulsory)
Arrival Time: Saturday 7 February after 1pm
Departure Time: Wednesday 9 December by 10am
Weekly Cost: $582.00
Total Fee Payable: $28,167.74,
Upfront Fee: $2,829 (This amount is part of the total fee payable upon Acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement and includes 2 weeks accommodation tariff in advance)

Fee Explanation
Acceptance of Occupancy Agreement
The following payments are required to confirm Acceptance of your Occupancy Agreement:
New Residents: General and Key Deposits, Registration Fee, BRA Membership & 2 week accommodation tariff ($2,829)
Returning Residents: 2 week accommodation tariff,BRA Membership ($1,394)
* ANU Application Fee is collected by Burgmann College on behalf of ANU and returned to ANU once residents are confirmed in residence.

Payment Information
Residents have three payment options. Payments can be made by EFT, Paysmart and Edsmart. Please note Burgmann College does not accept cash or cheques. More information will be sent to you with your Acceptance of Occupancy Agreement.

Edstart Fee Payment Option
Burgmann College has partnered with Edstart to provide flexible payment options to help you manage your fees.
To assist with your college fee payments, we are working with Edstart to provide Burgmann College residents with flexible payment options to help you better manage college fees and other education expenses. Residents wishing to lower their annual college fee spend can apply for an Edstart plan to extend payments over a longer period and choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly on any date to align fees with your budget.
You can use Edstart to fund undergraduate room fees, tuition fees, additional fees and levies as well as other education-related expenses. To find out more check out the links below.
