Supporting documents (to accompany your accommodation application) deadline is 11.59pm, Tuesday 28 July 2026
Step 1
Apply to ANU
Begin your journey to Burgmann College by submitting your application through the University Accommodation Services (UAS) portal, the central application hub for all ANU residential colleges, halls, and lodges. When completing your application, make sure to select Burgmann College as your first preference to ensure your application is directed to us. Click the button below to get started.
Step 2
Provide Supporting Documents
Once you have nominated Burgmann College as your first preference, you will be prompted to submit supporting documents to strengthen your application. This includes a written personal reference from someone who can speak to your character and potential, as well as four short one-minute video responses to a series of questions designed to help us get to know you better.
Step 3
Record your videos!
Your video responses are your opportunity to make a lasting impression - so make them count! We encourage you to be authentic, enthusiatic and let your personality shine through. There is no right or wrong answers; we simply want to understand who you are, what drives you and what you would bring to the Burgmann community.
Step 4
Application Review
Once your application is submitted, our Principal will carefully review each submission. Application outcomes are released in September, so keep an eye on your inbox. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore everything Burgmann has to offer and reach out if you have any questions.
