NEW CASUAL SHORT TERM CONTRACTS – Undergraduate, Postgraduate & ANU VaHA
- Minimum 3 month contracts available.
- Flexible move in dates between 20 July to 16 November 2026.
- Refundable deposit.
Studio
- private room with ensuite and kitchenette
- self-catered $475 p/week with 3 meals = 3/4 Month Contract = up to $7,600 + $1,000 (refundable room/key deposit)
- flexi-catered $580 p/week with 14 meals = 3/4 Month Contract = up to $9,280 + $1,000 (refundable room/key deposit)
2/3 Bedroom
- apartment style living, shared facilities
- self-catered $410 p/week with 3 meals = 3/4 Month Contract = up to $6,560 + $1,000 (refundable room/key deposit)
- flexi-catered $507 p/week with 14 meals = 3/4 Month Contract = up to $8,112 + $1,000 (refundable room/key deposit)
5 Bedroom
- apartment style living, shared facilities
- self-catered $383 p/week with 3 meals = 3/4 Month Contract = up to $6,128 + $1,000 (refundable room/key deposit)
- flexi-catered $481 p/week with 14 meals = 3/4 Month Contract = up to $7,696 + $1,000 (refundable room/key deposit)
The Village accommodation is only self or flexi catered and there is limited availability.

Fee Explanation
Acceptance of Occupancy Agreement
The following payments are required to confirm Acceptance of your Occupancy Agreement:
New Residents: General and Key Deposits, Registration Fee, BRA Membership & 2 week accommodation tariff
Returning Residents: 2 week accommodation tariff &BRA Membership
* Village contracts include events as confirmed by the Principal and/or Deputy Principal (ie annual Commencement Dinner)

Scholarships and Bursaries
Payment Information
Residents have three payment options. Payments can be made by EFT, Paysmart and Edsmart. Please note Burgmann College does not accept cash or cheques. More information will be sent to you with your Acceptance of Occupancy Agreement.

Edstart Fee Payment Option
Burgmann College has partnered with Edstart to provide flexible payment options to help you manage your fees.
To assist with your college fee payments, we are working with Edstart to provide Burgmann College residents with flexible payment options to help you better manage college fees and other education expenses. Residents wishing to lower their annual college fee spend can apply for an Edstart plan to extend payments over a longer period and choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly on any date to align fees with your budget.
You can use Edstart to fund undergraduate room fees, tuition fees, additional fees and levies as well as other education-related expenses. To find out more check out the links below.
