Undergraduate & postgraduate accommodation in The Village is only self or flexi catered and there is limited availability. Catered packages in the dining hall can be tailored to Village residents on request. Please contact us should you require a more detailed breakdown of these fees.

Contract Dates: Monday 22nd January 2024 - Monday 16th December 2024
Room Type: Studio, 2 & 3 bedroom or 5 bedroom apartments
Catering Type: Self or Flexi catered only
New Resident Program: Saturday 3rd February - Sunday 11th February 2024 (Compulsory)
Arrival Time: Monday 22nd January after 2pm
Departure Time: Monday 16th December by 10am

Fee Explanation
Acceptance of Occupancy Agreement
The following payments are required to confirm Acceptance of your Occupancy Agreement:
New Residents: General and Key Deposits, Registration Fee, BRA Membership & 2 week accommodation tariff
Returning Residents: BRA Membership ($230)
* Village contracts include events as confirmed by the Principal and/or Deputy Principal (ie annual Commencement Dinner)

Scholarships and Bursaries
Payment Information
Residents have three payment options. Payments can be made by EFT, Direct Debit, Credit Card, via Paysmart and Edsmart. Please note Burgmann College does not accept cash or cheques. More information will be sent to you with your Acceptance of Occupancy Agreement.

Edstart Fee Payment Option
Burgmann College has partnered with Edstart to provide flexible payment options to help you manage your fees.
To assist with your college fee payments, we are working with Edstart to provide Burgmann College residents with flexible payment options to help you better manage college fees and other education expenses. Residents wishing to lower their annual college fee spend can apply for an Edstart plan to extend payments over a longer period and choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly on any date to align fees with your budget.
You can use Edstart to fund undergraduate room fees, tuition fees, additional fees and levies as well as other education-related expenses. To find out more check out the links below.
