Dr Cristy Clark (1997)
Dr Cristy Clark is an Associate Professor at Monash Law, where her research and teaching focus on the intersection of human rights and environmental justice, particularly water and climate justice. She is co-director of the Climate Justice Lab at Monash Law and of the Climate Working Group at the Berkeley Center for Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law.
Cristy is the author of Legal Geographies of Water (Earthscan, Routledge, 2025) and co-author of the award-winning The Lawful Forest: A Critical History of Property, Protest and Spatial Justice (Edinburgh University Press, 2022). Her work has been published across leading journals including the Human Rights Law Review, Transnational Environmental Law, and the UNSW Law Journal.
Before academia, Cristy worked as a solicitor at Freehills, as a human rights policy expert with the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights and the ACT Government, as Chair of the Feminist Writers Festival, and as Chair of the NSW Legal Observers Project. She regularly contributes to Parliamentary and Law Reform Inquiries.

David is continuing to travel and build a career in Beverage Alcohol Sales.
Pam Anderberg (1996–1996)
After her experience at ANU and Burgmann College as an exchange student, Pam Anderberg (1996–1996) finished her international relations degree at her home university, the University of Southern California, and graduated in 1998. She is married and has six kids, and lives in a small coastal town south of San Francisco. Pam and her husband Jeff own their home and run a family business. Pam homeschools her children, of whom three have graduated. She says she loves it when her Australian mates come to visit.
