This year, Valete was held at the beautiful Old Parliament House and was extra special as it was Dr Philip Dutton's final year serving as Principal of Burgmann College.

€60k Erasmus Scholarship awarded to Burgmann alumnus Will Jenkins

Burgmann alumnus William Bullock Jenkins received the 2016 Erasmus Scholarship, granting him €60,000 scholarship to study for a year at the University of Leipzig in Germany, followed by a year at the London School of Economics.

Four Burgmann alumni selected as finalists in The Undergraduate Awards

Four Burgmann alumni had their research essays selected as finalists in The Undergraduate Awards, the world's only pan-discipline academic awards program. In 2015, over 5,000 entries were received from 255 universities. 145 submissions were from ANU students, and 16 ANU students received this award.
